Request a Team For 2010

Have fun by attending the K9 Cancer Walk with a group of friends or coworkers or participate virtually. If you have a group of 10 people who promise to register as walkers or you will commit to raising at least $300, we will create a team page for you. We will also provide a space for your team to set-up a booth or table at the walk for your team headquarters. You will need to supply the table/booth. We encourage all teams to bring a team sign or banner for photos.

After the K9 Cancer Walk we will give a prize for the best team spirit and share which teams had the most members, raised the most money, attended the walk from the furthest distance and summarize virtual walkers support and other fun facts.

If you would like to request a team page, please complete this form and submit. Our webmaster will set-up your team page and contact you within 24 hours of submission for a photo for your page and any additional details. If you do not receive an email conformation in 24 hours, please contact our webmaster: Sandy@caninek.org
